It was damn near noon when she rolled out of bed. She stretched hard and checked her phone. It was a horrible habit, but when she woke up this late, she found the world had gone on without her, and there were about a hundred things she missed.

Lloyd confirmed his arrival for the next morning for the two-day decoration installment. That got her heart pumping.

She had only seen pieces of his ideas. She trusted it would all come together knowing his work firsthand.

And DeeDee already sent a good morning text, telling her to have fun tonight, as much fun as she could possibly have without strippers.

DeeDee’s friend’s hosted her studlorette party last night at the club and they brought her grandmother along. Judging by the pictures on Instagram, Ma Divine turned the place out. DeeDee had her dancing on stage, jammin’ behind the DJ booth and taking shots with her.

Bri couldn’t help smiling at all the pics. It looked like so much fun.

A small part of her wished they had done a joint event after all. DeeDee was herself an experience. Bri found herself dependent on her company, but only because she liked her so damn much. Someone once said, it was important for couples to do things outside of each other. But what if your wife is your own best friend? More than likely, that advice was invented by a man who needed an excuse to leave his wife at home so he could golf all weekend.

Regardless, she had a great time with her girls. And she might’ve had too many drinks at the shower, and then way too much during dinner at Komodo. The food was amazing, the vibe was sophisticated and fun and everyone got along.

When they got back, they hung out at the pool house until they crapped out and one by one slid back into the house and into bed.

Her head was still heavy and the day would be better spent in bed, but she had things to do and tonight was bachelorette party night. And she planned on getting just as lit.

She stretched out of bed and headed for the view. She noticed Sunny lounging by the pool alongside Morgan. But they weren’t alone. There was a guy there, chatting them up, the pool boy it seemed, but he wasn’t doing any cleaning.

They were knee-deep in conversation, and Sunny was really engaged. She was doing too much, laid out in her bikini and laughing so much. She could see her teeth from that distance. Was she flirting?

Morgan was now picking up her things and leaving her side. That was a move to give them some privacy. A little flirting didn’t hurt, she decided, though she found the whole scene highly inappropriate. Flirting was an ego boost, a little adrenaline rush for the soul and Sunny could use a bit of reminding that she still had it.

She cleaned up and got dressed for the day to finally get something to eat.

“Good morning all,” she said, strolling into the kitchen.
